BIRD PROJECT IS A NEW FRIED CHICKEN POP-UP FROM THE THEAM BEHIND NEIGHBOURHOOD PIZZA
Located in a hidden basement space on Nørrebro, the project focuses on creating the ultimate fried chicken sandwich through carefully crafted recipes and high-quality ingredients. The menu features two signature chicken sandwiches and a vegetarian crispy eggplant option. To ensure maximum quality and attention to detail, only 50 sandwiches are made each day.
